二甲基亞砜，英文名稱DMSO。常用于溶解試劑。過濾除菌時不能使用醋酸纖維素膜，而應(yīng)該使用PTFE膜。二甲基亞砜（DMSO）是一種含硫有機化合物，分子式為（CH3)2SO，常溫下為無色無臭的透明液體，是一種吸濕性的可燃液體。具有高極性、高沸點、熱穩(wěn)定性好、非質(zhì)子、與水混溶的特性，能溶于乙醇、丙醇、苯和氯仿等大多數(shù)有機物，被譽為“萬能溶劑"。

二甲基亞砜（DMSO）不能使用PS、PVC、PC材料的容器，而應(yīng)該使用LDPE、HDPE、PP材料的容器。

注：該試劑低于熔點溫度保存時易凝固，需37度預(yù)熱融化可正常使用。
